Crafts

I've been on another crafty craze the past couple of days. I've been working on making these little cuties. My cousin had a baby shower coming up and I just had to make a pair.

SALE - PDF ePATTERN - Basic Booties for Babies, Preemies and Dolls - Ten Sizes
(These are not the ones I made but they look just like this with different fabric. I forgot to take a picture before I wrapped it up.)

So cute right?
I told Jake if we ever have a little girl, she will have lots and lots of shoes just like her mama!
For those who want to try and make those darling little baby shoes, you can buy the pattern here and give it a go!

Bunch of weeds

I got to work and found out I had totally forgotten my salad dressing for my salad. Hate it when that happens. Yes it has happened more than once.
So now I get to eat it all plain. Yuck. I feel like I am eating a bunch of weeds.

Yum.

Color blind

Today Jake and I had fun seeing how color blind he really is.

Click here and see if you are just as bad! We both had a good laugh.
He got 1 out of 8 right. If I calculated right....pretty sure that's failing.

But I still love him anyway!

Moments through 2010

Here are a couple of our favorite moments in 2010

First off we were married in the Draper temple June 4th, 2010.

We spent a couple of weeks in the summer camping. I also caught my first fish!

Here is Jake at the ropes course getting ready to jump off blindfolded and try to catch a ring suspended in the air

Jake and I decided to take a little road trip to St. George to see Thriller and to get away from school and work.

Best work party ever thanks to APX and Jake working there. They turned their whole front lawn area into a motorcycle arena. Talk about cool!

Here we are with my little sister at the zoo. I can't even tell you the last time I had been at the zoo before this.

BYU games! Too bad it wasn't their best season.

And of course. The beautiful lights on Temple Square.

2010 was a big year for both Jake and I and it brought along with it so many memories. I can't wait to see what 2011 has in store for us!

Movie pick

Okay Jake and I watched this movie and loved it! If any of you guys haven't seen it, you totally should. It's definitely on my list of movies to get.

Tillamook

Thanks to my family members from Oregon, Jake and I are now stocked up on cheese. Not just any cheese. It has been voted the "world's BEST medium cheddar" cheese. Tillamook. They brought to Utah bricks and bricks. I can't even tell you how happy this made me. We are too cheap to buy it at the store. Jake and I opened a brick as soon as we got home. He had never heard of Tillamook cheese so I had to show him what he was missing out on. Lets just say he keeps leaving to slice another slice. Again....thank you!!

Tis the season

My right thumb is orange from eating these wonderful fruits all day!
Seriously can't get enough of them. Definitely one of the many things I love
about this season.
